Whitney Houston Has Died


Legendary singer Whitney Houston has died. She was 48. 

Legendary singer Whitney Houston was found dead in his room at the Beverly Hilton Hotel just a few hours ago. Police have launched an investigation into the possible causes of death, but it seems overdose.

Whitney is only 48 years old and is one of the greatest voices of our time.


The singer was in town for the Grammy Awards tonight. Earlier this week, he looked out and about, and even photographed clubbing.

TMZ reports that he was found unresponsive in her hotel room. By the time they arrived at the location - just a few minutes - paramedics can no longer help him in any way.

"Our sources tell us the group members find it on the fourth floor of Whitney at the Beverly Hilton hotel room and called hotel security - who then called 911. When the paramedics arrived Houston was found unresponsive," said celebrity e-zine.

A publicist for the star has confirmed the tragic news.

"We told the police arrived to the scene within minutes and the fire was already there on an unrelated call. According to our sources, paramedics performed CPR but was unsuccessful and he was pronounced dead at 3:55 PM," TMZ further said.

In a separate post, e-zine claims to have it on good authority that the prescription drugs found in Whitney's room, so the theory holds water from accidental OD.

However, the cause of death could have been drowned, TMZ notes.

"No drugs have been found in the hotel room where Whitney Houston dies - at least not yet - but prescription drugs are present, and it allows the singer drowned in the bathtub," said the same media outlet.

As mentioned above, only a few days ago, Whitney attended a pre-Grammy party, where she also performed. This will be his last show.

When he left the party, she was photographed by the paparazzi waiting looking for is not the best, who immediately drove tabloids to speculate that he may relapse into use heavy drugs.

Houston has a long history of drug abuse but, for now, the authorities could not say whether the overdose was the cause of death until toxicology results are in.

It is believed the Grammy Awards tonight will remember Whitney Houston as an artist, he's wonderful. He will be missed.
